摘要：

重大突发公共卫生事件给全球人类的生命健康带来严峻挑战，也给日常生产生活造成巨大冲击，直接影响人们的内心状态，使其衍生出焦虑、不安、恐惧等一系列负面情绪。音乐具有调节人的情绪情感、抚慰心灵、塑造德性的重要功能。因此以应对重大突发公共卫生事件为主题的音乐创作适时产生，并潜移默化地影响着社会活动和社会道德建设。以音乐社会学的视角详细分析音乐现象产生的动因、应用及影响，发现这些音乐具有激发社会关怀、赋能道德建设的功能，能够为应对重大突发公共卫生事件提供强大的道德力量。

Abstract:

Major public health emergencies pose severe challenges to the health and lives of people worldwide, while also causing significant disruptions to daily production and life. These threats and inconveniences directly affect people′s mental states, giving rise to a series of negative emotional responses such as anxiety, unease, and fear. Music plays a crucial role in regulating emotions, soothing the soul, and cultivating moral virtues. Consequently, musical works created to address major public health emergencies have emerged in a timely manner, subtly influencing social activities and social moral construction. From the perspective of the sociology of music, a detailed analysis of the motivations, applications, and impacts of these musical phenomena reveals that such music can inspire social care, empower moral construction, and provide powerful moral strength in responding to major public health emergencies.
