摘要: 石油贸易是国际贸易中的最大宗商品贸易,金融危机对国际石油贸易影响甚为深远。由美国次贷危机引起的全球金融危机具有“四大新特征”,其影响体现在“六大定律”,对国际石油贸易的冲击大、影响深;石油贸易呈现出国际油价宽幅震荡、石油需求总体疲软、石油企业并购活跃、贸易模式创新加快等新特点、新趋势;积极应对金融危机对石油贸易的影响,重点路径在进口渠道多元化、贸易方式多样化、运输线路网络化、市场经营国际化和发展战略策略化。

Abstract: The financial crisis has a profound influence on the trade of oil,the first bulk commodity in international trade.The crisis results in a significant price fluctuation of international oil prices,a slump in general demand for oil,a surge of M&A activities and quickening steps of innovation of oil trade models.In answer to the influence of the financial crisis on oil trade,we must diversify import channels and trade models,develop a transportation network and development strategies,and operate oil market at a global level.
