摘要:

中国石油企业的地位随中国经济的发展而日显重要,社会对它们的责任要求也在加强。以中石油和中石化为代表的中国石油企业通过发布社会责任报告和从事社会公益活动为自己努力塑造良好的社会责任形象。但是,近年来来自社会各方面的报道和批评使其社会责任形象正遭受空前的损害。针对此现状,从当前石油企业社会责任形象管理所面临的困境入手,分析了社会责任形象维护存在的主要问题,并进一步剖析造成此困境的原因,同时对如何化解这种困境提出了6点对策建议,对其今后的健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: China′s oil corporations are getting increasingly important in China′s economy,which necessarily lays a heavier burden of social responsibility on them.Oil corporations as CNPC and SINOPEC are taking active measures to develop a good corporate social image by releasing social responsibility reports and through active involvement in social services.However,negative news report and criticism have done great harm to the social images of oil corporations in recent years.Author of this paper therefore suggests some ways for oil corporations to get out of the current predicaments after analyzing major problems they have in corporate image management and causes of the predicaments.
