加强学风建设:从大一新生抓起

摘要: 学风是高等学校办学思想、教育质量和管理水平的重要标志,加强学风建设是推进素质教育的客观要求。在高校学风建设中,应以学生为主体。针对大一新生的特点,全面分析新生学风中可能存在的问题以及根源,提出加强高校学风建设,关键在于从大一新生抓起。在此基础上,积极探索在大一新生中加强学风建设的各项措施:加强思想教育,激发学习动力;树立浓厚的学习氛围;加强教师队伍建设,以优良的教风带动学风;学风建设的制度化与管理的人性化相统一;充分发挥家长的作用。

Abstract: Learning atmosphere is an important indication of a university′s ideology about its operation,teaching and administration.The author points out that the key to the creation of a better learning atmosphere in universities is to take effective measures to inspire freshmen′s incentives of learning by focusing on problems they may have and on possible causes for the problems.Other measures should also be taken to improve teaching atmosphere and to integrate regulations and human concern in learning atmosphere creation.
