语块教学法——英语词汇教学新趋势

摘要: 回顾了国内外有关语块习得研究以及语块教学法的进展与成果,探讨了英语词汇教学的新趋势——语块教学法。通过对英语词汇习得中语块作用的实证研究,分析得出语块教学法的优势:有助于英语词汇的记忆;有助于英语词汇的正确选取;语块学习符合中国学生的学习习惯;能显著提高学生英语词汇习得能力,它将是英语词汇教学的新趋势。

Abstract: This paper probes into a new approach to English vocabulary teaching—lexical approach.The author first introduces the development and achievement of researches on lexical chunks and lexical approach home and abroad.Then the paper reports the results of an empirical study of the role of lexical chunks in English vocabulary acquisition.Finally,the paper concludes that lexical chunks can help significantly improve the ability in English vocabulary acquisition.So the lexical approach indeed offers us a new perspective to English vocabulary teaching.
