论刑事辩护律师的专业化

摘要： 刑事辩护律师专业化包括辩护人专业化、业务分工专门化、法律服务专业化三层涵义，在实现了刑事辩护律师专业化的美国体现为严格执业资格、律师内部专业分工细、律师协作提供专业法律服务三个特点。以此为标准可以看出，我国刑事辩护律师专业化之路障碍重重：律师业自身发展的不成熟，保障性制度和激励机制的缺失以及律师执业环境的复杂等，这些障碍非一朝一夕能够跨越，必须通过长期的不懈努力。

Abstract: Criminal lawyer professionalization includes defender specialization，business division specialization，and legal service specialization.In America，which has realized criminal lawyers professionalization，there are three characteristics：strict requirments for professional qualifications，precise division of professional duties，and professional legal service.In contrast to the US practice，there are a lot of hindrance to the professionalization of criminal defense lawyer：the inadequate development of the Bar，the lack of indemnificatory system and the incentive mechanism，and the complexicity of lawyer′s practice environment，etc.These obstacles can only be surmounted after long and unremitting efforts.
