中英大学生就业期望与失业保障制度差异分析

摘要: 随着中国高校毕业生就业压力持续增大,大学生失业会长期存在,蚁族群体将不断扩大。针对这一现状,在问卷调查的基础上对中英两国大学生就业期望与失业保障差异进行了分析,认为中国大学生就业更多体现的是一种生存型的就业期望模式,而英国大学生的就业模式呈现的是一种自我实现的就业期望模式,究其主要原因在于不同的失业保障制度。并提出了完善我国大学生社会保障制度的政策建议,即遵循目标匹配原则,科学地进行政策组合设计,政策实施要注意可操作性,对解决大学生的就业失业问题具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: In this paper,the differences in Chinese and British college students’ employment expectation and unemployment insurance are analyzed. Chinese college
students’ employment is a kind of survival employment expectation pattern,while the British college students employment is a selfrealization employment expectation pattern. The main reason for the employment expectation difference lies in the different unemployment insurance institution. On this basis,the author presents suggestions of promoting unemployment insurance institution in China,holding that unemployment insurance institution should be designed scientifically with focus on the principle of target matching,and operability of implementation.
