摘要/Abstract

摘要： 摘要：以法制建设为切入点，结合我国法制建设的现状，在总结取得的现实成果的同时，分析了目前仍然存在着诸如法律意识普遍薄弱，法律移植不够审慎，立法民主化程度低，法律体系尚不完备等问题。在此基础上，着眼于推动我国法制建设进程和实现依法治国的目的，探索性地提出了法制建设的路径建议，以期提供一些理论借鉴。

关键词: 法制建设, 法制建设路径, 法律制度, 法律移植

Abstract: Based on an analysis of the present achievement in China’s legal system construction，we think that problems still exist，which are citizens’ lack of legal awareness，lack of prudence in legal transplantation，insufficient democratization in lawmaking and inadequate legal system，etc. We herein suggest a route in legal system construction，which will contribute to the progress of legal system construction and the realization of rule of law in China.
