摘要/Abstract

摘要： 完善有效的监督机制，是促进民主政治发展的根本途径和方法，监督的作用在于发现现实中所存在的问题，督促已发现的问题得以良好解决，以达到促进社会公平正义的目的。以如何实现对权力进行监督为切入点，分析了在我国的监督体系中人大监督和舆论监督是最重要的两种监督形式，在不同层面发挥着重要监督作用；并探讨人大监督与舆论监督各自的优势与面临的问题，两者相结合的现实基础、互动优势，形成监督合力，以期该成果能为增强监督实效性提供参考。

Abstract: An effective supervision mechanism is the foundation for the development of democratic politics，the role of which is to find the existing problems in reality，and to urge the problems to get solved，so as to achieve the goal of social fairness and justice. Focusing on how to supervise government power，this paper analyzes the supervision system in China，in which supervision by the People’s Congress and media supervision，the two most important forms of supervision，play an important role of supervision at different levels. Then the authors discuss their advantages and the problems faced，and analyse the realistic foundation and benefits to combine the two and form resultant force of supervision. We hope to provide reference for enhancing the effectiveness of supervision.
