Abstract:

In recent years，with the development of computer technology and network technology，network crimes have become rampant. Based on the textual research of “network crime” and  the concept of criminology，we redefined “network crime”. And on the basis of determining its denotation and connotation，we summarized the causes of network crimes from the following aspects: the nature of concealment and sharing of the network，sociological moral values，subcultural factors and the lack of legal norms and so on. Finally，we suggested prevention countermeasures in respects of legislation，judicature，technology and value guidance so as to reduce the network crimes.
