摘要：
我国西部在多年的发展中，实施的是一种资源开发型和粗放型经济，产业结构的不合理，严重制约了西部经济的发展，作为西部城市之一的梧州，在承接东部转移中也难摆脱某些桎梏。在对梧州市电子信息产业发展现状分析的基础上，指出其存在诸多局限：未充分发挥区位优势，形成以企业为主体的多元化的投融资机制，产业发展未达到规模化和集聚化程度，没有形成产业集群效应等；最后针对梧州市发展电子信息产业面临的困境，提出了一系列合理化建议。

Abstract:
In the years of development in western China，resourceoriented industries and extensive economy have resulted in unreasonable industry structure and seriously hindered economy development in this region. As one of the western cities，Wuzhou is also troubled with some problems in the process of undertaking the transformation into more advanced eastern economic policies. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the electronic information industry in Wuzhou，this article points out the limitations during its development. Wuzhou failed to give full play of its regional advantage to form a diversified enterpriseoriented investing and financing mechanism. Another limitation is that the electronic industry has not reached the degree of agglomeration and has no industrial cluster effect. Finally，the author presents some advices aiming to resolve the dilemma of the electronic information industry development in Wuzhou.
