Abstract: The present paper aims to find out effective ways of preventing suicide behaviors among college students by averting clashes of values with reality.After literature review about the causes for college student suicide，the authors think that disorganization of values is the major reason for this phenomenon.Therefore，pertinent measures are suggested to prevent college student suicide.Improved campus environment can contribute to the rebuilding of a positive value system.And the combination of various suicide prevention efforts from environment improvement to individual counseling will radically create a more healthy environment for college students′ mentality.
