Abstract: Duty crime investigation work is now quite backward in both measures and management and there is no such organization at present to offer information for investigation although information is of great importance in directing and guiding investigation work.The authors then suggest that a specialized intelligence network should be established by integrating the available resources.Supported by modern information technology，the intelligence network is supposed to greatly contribute to improve professional skills of investigating personnel，and to provide abundant sources of information about duty crimes.
