Abstract:

While enjoying the convenience brought about by electronic tickets，consumers of air transportation services are constantly at risk of being harmed by false information，of electronic contract failing to be fulfilled，and of personal data being revealed or being used improperly.The author of this paper points out that consumer right can be well protected by fulfilling the following legal requirements：both parties in the transaction must prove the authenticity of their identities；information of the transaction cannot be changed by any unauthorized party and be kept in confidentiality.
