ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS OF YOUNG COLLEGE TEACHERS

Abstract: The newly employed teaching staff of colleges and universities share excessive occupational stress from both in and outside their jobs.The author analyses the components of their job stress and concludes that scientific stress management measures are important in the construction of teacher resources which relate closely to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.At the organizational level,measures should be taken to help the younger teachers to build up teacher autonomy and to make practicable career plans.Measures should also be taken to offer them more sensible alternatives and stronger social support.
