Abstract: In view of the difficult situation the statesubsidized student loan system is now facing，the authors of this paper suggest that application of social case work，group work and community work in honesty education for college students with economic disadvantage will help to inspire them to consciously develop an honest attitude and put it into practice.This will also make those students well and positively cultured both in mentality and personality so that they may blend well into the society and achieve selffulfillment by serving for other people.
