Abstract: The “Sichuan Businessmen” project plays a critical role in making Sichuan a highland of economic development in western China.The key to the enhancement of the strengths of Sichuan businessmen is to focus on resources strength，cultural strength，driving force，developing strength and environmental strength，so that a mature and dynamic economic atmosphere can be created to benefit the growth of both enterprises and entrepreneurs .
