Abstract: Selecting college graduates as village cadres relieves the pressure of employment and more importantly provide for the grassroots rural governments well educated personnel.But college graduates have some difficulties adjusting themselves to their grassrootslevel positions.The reasons for such difficulties range from their improper personal orientation to their lack of experience of working at grassroots levels and to the lack of specific definition of their duties.These problems have hindered the implementation of the wellaimed policy.Based on the analysis of the problems，the authors attempt to offer some effective suggestions for the solution of these problems.
