Study on People’s Mediation System of Labor Disputes

Abstract: At present, people’s mediation of labor disputes in China runs very well. Labor disputes belong to dispute among the people,so it is necessary to establish people’s mediation system of labor disputes. When establishing this system,equal attention should be paid to all kinds of people’s meditation organizations. Members of people’s mediation committee should be selected according to mass autonomy. In dealing with labor disputes,in principle,distinctions between different mediation organizations should be allowed and at the same time negotiation options of the disputing parties approved. The conflicts between People’s Meditation Law and Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law should be appropriately solved through legislation.
