Abstract: Based on the ethics perspective study of the image of Hamlet in Hamlet,this paper points out that the tragic ending of the story that many people got killed and the country was occupied by others, results mainly from the intricacy of social ethics of regicide. Due to the intricacy social ethics, the conflict which was originally between Hamlet and Claudius gradually evolved into one between Hamlet and many other people. The tragic life of Hamlet reveals that it is important to realize the goodness of individual belief in social ethics and the sense of individual action in responsibility ethics.

Key words: Shakespeare, Hamlet, social ethics, intricacy ethics, deranged actio
