Abstract: Globalization，the irresistible historical trend，is at present the globalization of capitalism，which tries to achieve global capitalization. Under such circumstances，China，which is now in the primary stage of socialism，must uphold the principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics，keeping and enriching the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the process of realizing socialist modernization，we must meet the challenge，adhere to the open principle，eradicate the remains of feudalism，and combine the elementary principles of scientific socialism with specific situations of contemporary China，and only by doing so can we succeed.
