Problems in SME E Procurement Management and Countermeasures

Abstract:

Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) are an important part of China’s social and economic development. This paper makes a research into the problems in SME eprocurement management，analyzing status quo of SME procurement and the reasons for the weak management in electronic procurement. Based on the analysis，we propose countermeasures to be applied in SME eprocurement. The analytic method and process discussed in this paper can also be applied to the improvement of the efficiency of the SME in the procurement chain，and hence the efficiency of enterprise management and the promotion of ecommerce application in SME in China.
