The Negative Effects of Unfair Employment in Universities withIndustry Characteristics on Students and the Countermeasures

Abstract: Universities with industry characteristics is an important part of education system in China. The employment of their graduates affects social stability and development. At present,children of the employees with relevant industry in these universities enjoy privileges in employment,which results in unfair employment opportunities. This paper explores the influence of this unfair employment on students from the perspective of school management. Based on the exploration,the authors offer some suggestions for the solution of this problem: providing more effective employment guidance for students,promoting the students’ competitiveness in employment,strengthening the students’ mental health education and ideological and political education. We also hold that universities must understand the exact requirement and trend of job market,and set up scientific curriculum system.
