Abstract:

Based on years of work group leader training practice，and on the theory of competence model，we have established an innovative ternary training mode，which includes training demand analysis according to competence model，training service development according to trinity model，training service operation based on a three dimensional training course system and threelevel training evaluation. This new training mode evidently improve satisfaction with our training service and generates good profits.
