摘要: 在简要叙述斜板式气液分离器斜板分离室内液滴分离原理基础上,以常规卧式气液分离器设计准则为基础,通过对实际情况的分析与简化导出气液两相分离的数学模型及斜板气液分离器结构设计计算公式。并对常规卧式分离器和斜板式气液分离器分别进行结构尺寸设计与分离效率的对比计算,得出斜板式气液分离器具有实际应用推广价值。

Abstract: The authors of this paper investigate the process of separation of single drops flowing off inclined plate in separator,analyze the process what is actually happening and give some proposal.The mathematical model of gas-liquid separation and the computational formula of configuration design are developed based on the design criteria of the ordinary horizontal type gas-liquid separator.By comparing calculation and analysis,the practical popularization the inclined plate gravity gas-liquid separator is given.
