基于AMESim的气控全盘式刹车制动特性协同仿真

摘要:

针对气控全盘式刹车现场使用的一些问题,通过分析气控全盘式刹车系统的结构与工作原理,建立其制动过程的数学模型,并在AMESim环境下,实现了刹车系统的气动控制与机械系统的动力学协同仿真。在所建立的多机耦合模型基础上,详细分析了气控全盘式刹车系统的刹车力矩特性和刹车速度特性,讨论了制动气压、摩擦系数、复位弹簧刚度等主要参数对制动系统的影响。分析结果表明,气控全盘式刹车系统的制动响应快,制动过程中存在气压冲击与振荡等现象,为该新型刹车的设计及技术改造提供了理论依据;同时,AMESim建模为气控盘式刹车的研究提供了一种行之有效的新方法。

Abstract: There are some problems in use of PDB in oilfield in China,the structure and working principle of the pneumatic disc brake are analyzed and the brake stroke model is built.The collaborative system simulation of pneumatic,control and mechanical system is achieved with AMESim.On the basis of the multiphase coupling model,the jumping trace of torque and velocity of the braked shaft are worked out in the course of braking.And effects on different parameters of brake system,such as brake pressure,friction coefficient and stiffness of restoring spring are also discussed.The simulation results show that the pneumatic disc brake has the merits of sufficiently braking abilities and rapid response,air pressure shock and vibration effect may happen to braking course,which can provide a valid theoretic basis for design and technique alteration of the pneumatic disc brake.The method of AMESim modeling provides a simple,effective approach to study pneumatic disc brake system.
