Abstract: The authors of this paper investigate the process of separation of single drops flowing off inclined plate in separator，analyze the process what is actually happening and give some proposal.The mathematical model of gas-liquid separation and the computational formula of configuration design are developed based on the design criteria of the ordinary horizontal type gas-liquid separator.By comparing calculation and analysis，the practical popularization the inclined plate gravity gas-liquid separator is given.
