四川省德阳市家政服务员人力资源开发探析

摘要:

随着西部地区经济发展速度的加快,社会分工日益细化,家政服务业在西部地区开始崛起。家政服务员作为发展家政服务业的重要人力资源,其素质的高低决定着家政服务业的发展前景。以四川省德阳市为例,以家政服务人员为研究对象,以人力资源开发的理论基础为依据,根据问卷调查分析发现,德阳市家政服务员基本现状及主要存在的问题:文化素质、技能素质和道德素质偏低;收入贫困导致其工作积极性不高且流失现象严重;缺乏必要的社会支持和足够的职业素质培训等。并在此基础上提出针对性措施:加大家政服务员人力资源开发,不断提升其素质;健全家政服务员培训体制机制,提高对家政服务员的社会支持度;完善家政服务员的社会保障体系,推行家政服务员的职业化管理;着力解决家政服务员的收入贫困问题。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of economy in western area and more sophisticated division of labor, household services industry has began to rise in western area. As the important human resources, the quality of housekeeping attendants affects the prospect of household services industry. Through investigation into housekeeping attendants in Deyang City by means of questionnaire and theoretical analysis, we found the following problems: housekeeping attendants are not adequately qualified in their cultural quality, professional skills and morality; they are not enthusiastic about their work and become frequent job-hoppers due to their low income; they also lack job training and necessary support from society. To solve the above-mentioned problems, we suggest that we need to improve their quality and skills, to perfect skill training mechanism and the social security network for housekeeping attendants, to involve them into professional management and to increase their income.
