Abstract: The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the spiritual lifeline and prominent advantage of the Chinese nation, and an important source and strong support for cultural confidence in the new era. To enhance cultural confidence, it is necessary to fully tap into the ideological resources and contemporary value of excellent traditional Chinese culture. Traditional Chinese medicine culture is an outstanding representative of China's excellent traditional culture, a crystallization of Chinese civilization, with outstanding continuity, innovation, unity, inclusiveness, and peace. It is the foundation for strengthening cultural confidence in the new era and enhancing national identity. The culture of traditional Chinese medicine and the enhancement of cultural confidence in the new era have inherent historical logic, value logic, and practical logic. On the new journey of comprehensively building a modernized socialist country, the multidimensional contemporary value of traditional Chinese medicine culture in enhancing national cultural identity, highlighting the characteristics of Chinese civilization, serving the construction of a healthy China, and in assisting cultural exchange and mutual learning is of great significance for strengthening cultural confidence and forging a brilliant socialist culture.
