Abstract: With the booming development of digital education, digital technology, as a new medium and engine for the transformation and upgrading of education in the new era, has inherent advantages such as information integration, data sharing, and element interconnection, which can provide deep and refined technical support for the high-quality development of ideological and political education, thus maximizing the value and effectiveness of "tailor-made", "natural", and "enlightening" ideological and political education. Therefore, in order to explore optimization strategies for empowering the high-quality development of ideological and political education with digital intelligence technology, we need to break through the "algorithm black box", solve the "technology suspension", and get rid of the "tool dependence" and other practical concerns. We should accurately integrate the technical characteristics of digital intelligence technology, find the value positioning in the clear "banner", cultivate digital intelligence literacy in good "governance", optimize content supply in the use of "intelligence", clarify technical boundaries in "regulation", improve the evaluation system in "quality", and further enhance the synergistic effect of digital intelligence technology and ideological and political education, continuously promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education.
