心理授权对员工角色压力的影响作用分析

摘要: 在当代这个竞争激烈的社会,企业员工面临着各种压力,除了工作压力外,角色压力也是员工所面临的另一个重要的压力。通过解析心理授权和角色压力的内涵,研究心理授权对角色压力的影响,认为:工作意义、自我效能和自主性心理授权可以减缓员工的角色压力,与角色压力是负相关关系;而工作影响与角色压力没有明确的联系;心理授权与员工角色压力之间有着密切关系,是影响角色压力的一个重要指标。

Abstract: In heat competition in modern society,employees are under various stresses.Besides career stress,role stress is another one they face in life.The authors study the influence of psychological empowerment on role stress and find out that meaning,self efficacy and self determination can relieve employee role stress and are negatively related to role stress,while impact has no clear relationship with role stress.The findings reveal that psychological empowerment has close relationship with role stress and is an important factor influencing role stress.
