摘要/Abstract

摘要： 穆藕初作为我国近代引入西方科学管理法的第一人，在漫长的实业管理过程中一直致力于实践和推广科学管理法。从穆藕初管理思想形成的历史条件和社会背景入手，运用大量史料详尽地介绍了穆藕初管理思想的发展线索，从历史的角度向读者展现了穆藕初一生都在积极介绍西方科学管理思想，并将其与中国的具体企业实践相结合。他既不拘泥于已有的现成理论，也不囿于中国多年的固有成见，勇于学习，大胆实践，不断地探索和创新，为中国近代管理思想的发展作出了卓越的贡献。通过对他一生管理思想发展变化的梳理，可以更好地了解中国近代西方科学管理思想的引入和传播过程，把握中国近代管理思想发展的线索。


Abstract: Mu Ou chu，the first Chinese who introduced scientific management in the West in China，had been devoted to the promotion of scientific management.The author explores the development of Mu′s management ideology with the help of lots of historical materials.Mu′s management ideology is a combination of western management science and management practice in Chinese companies.He was not constrained by established western theories or deeplyrooted Chinese traditions.His exploration and innovation contributed greatly to the development of management science in China.Exploring the development of MU′s management ideology helps us better understand the development of management science in modern China.
