It not only fully demonstrates the political and moral principle of “being honest, trustworthy, and gaining the people's trust", but also fully reflects the political and moral significance of "returning power and benefits to the people". Furthermore, it illustrates a distinctive spirit of political moral practice, the necessary constraints on the rights and interests of the ruling party and the state as the subjects of political moral conduct.
