Abstract: The integrated development of urban and rural areas and the revitalization of rural culture is an important strategic plan of the Party and the state in the new era, and it is the key to building a new type of urban-rural relationship and realizing the comprehensive revitalization of the country. The integration of urban and rural culture and the revitalization of rural culture have a close logical correlation, which contributes to the formation of an in-depth synergistic pattern of urban and rural culture and coexistence and co-prosperity through the construction of the urban and rural cultural community be means of mutual embeddedness, resource sharing and cooperation between the subjects. However, under the influence of the long-term urban-rural dual structure, the strong urban and weak rural pattern still exists, and the gap between urban and rural cultural development is still significant.
