Abstract:

Knowledge management is one of the important problems enterprises concern most.But tacit knowledge is difficult to exploit and manage，making it a choke point of knowledge management.Petroleum enterprises are knowledge-intensive，and need proper knowledge management，which can benefit from modern information technology.This paper proposes a wiki-based knowledge management pattern for the first time which could sort out tacit knowledge through drawing a knowledge map to deal with the practical problems.
