Knowledge management is one of the important problems enterprises concern most.But tacit knowledge is difficult to exploit and manage，making it a choke point of knowledge management.Petroleum enterprises are knowledge-intensive，and need proper knowledge management，which can benefit from modern information technology.This paper proposes a wiki-based knowledge management pattern for the first time which could sort out tacit knowledge through drawing a knowledge map to deal with the practical problems.

Crimes in oil and gas sector is becoming increasingly serious，which is due to unfair distribution of social resources，inadequate management system in oil and gas sector，local protectionism and inadequate laws and regulations.Integrated and comprehensive efforts are needed to prevent and deal with crimes in oil and gas sector.Social environment should first be improved so that resources are distributed in a more reasonable way.Secondly，management system should be reformed for oil and gas enterprises to establish a harmonious relationship with local governments.The last suggested measure is to further complete relevant laws for more severe punishment against crimes in oil and gas sector.

In recent years，reservoir management has become the essential method for the oil industry to improve economic benefits.However，the complexity of reservoir parameters and input and output indices makes assessment of effectiveness of oil company management particularly complicated.DEA method is a way which can evaluate effectiveness of DMU that is based on multi-input and multi-output.This paper establishes the theoretical model of DEA method to evaluate the effectiveness of reservoir operation and management.Examples show that the data envelopment analysis is an easy but effective way to evaluate reservoir management effectiveness.

This paper analyzes the relationship between China′s fuel oil prices and WTI prices with the help of co-integration test，error correction model，variance decomposition and impulse response function.The analysis reveals that although with price fixing capability to a certain degree，China′s oil futures prices have been in line with international market，there is still a gap between China and the mature international market.Understanding the relationship between China′s fuel oil futures prices and international oil prices and their influences on each other is of great significance in promoting China′s pricing capability in oil market and in guaranteeing China′s economic safety.

Up to now，many theoretical achievements have been gained，based on lots of researches into Chinese floating population from different aspects.But few researchers have analyzed the behavior of floating population from the angle of information acquisition.This essay，using the herd behavior theory，analyzes today′s Chinese floating population from a new aspect.It says that herd behavior in China′s floating population at present，which is of both positive and negative effect on China′s economic development and optimization of human resources，is mainly caused by the following factors: relatives and friends recommendation，government direction and recommendation，reputation of a destination city or organization，and individual blind following.The author then suggests that government at all levels should take effective measures to improve management of floating population and offer better services to them by offering and analyzing information and by offering policy-related guidance.

In light of the present problems in the original structure of rural communities:weakening identity，lack of cooperation among community members，lack of collective capacity to deal with emergency and crisis and lack of social norms and traditional ethics rural society，the author thinks that reconstruction of disaster-stricken areas should put emphasis on the reconstruction of both the social fabric and the collective community of the affected areas，with efforts to restore and activate the old tradition of the community and to add new content.The main body of the reconstruction of rural collective communities should be the farmers.It is necessary to fully mobilize and protect local people′s enthusiasm，initiative and creativity，to speed up the reconstruction of rural community.

Safety right is the most important and fundamental consumer right which has been severely violated by the repeated occurrence of food safety incidents in recent years.This paper explains the perfection of food safety system by Food Safety Law，which is trying to punish the illegal acts in food production and distribution，holding that the following measures guarantee food safety: establishing regulatory food safety supervision and risk assessing system，introducing unified food safety standards，reinforcing restrictions on the use of food additives，enhancing the sense of social responsibility and legal duty of food producers and distributors.It is important to enhance government supervision over food safety，and consumers′ awareness of food safety.

Since 1990s′，private placement fund has expanded rapidly in China，while the government is unable to supervise private placement fund effectively.The two factors thus have resulted in some negative phenomena in the operation process of private placement fund，such as: non-standardized operation，insider dealing for profits and distortion of investment concept.The supervising mode of private placement fund in foreign countries and regions may provide some lessons for the legalization of China′s private placement fund management.The present paper holds that timely measures should be taken by the legislative branch of government to make and revise laws concerning private placement fund.The author also suggests that stricter requirements on market access and issuance of private placement fund，more standardized information disclosure mechanism，and more reasonable interest distribution will help to legalize government′s supervision on private placement fund.All the above undertakings are aimed to promote China′s capital market，restrain speculation and to achieve the transparency of private placement fund.

Although many empirical research results have come out on China′s regional economic convergence and divergence since the late 1990s，many of them do not agree，due to different selections of research time periods and methods.This paper，making univariate and multivariate kernel density estimation by applying nonparametric methods，analyzes the convergence modes among the provinces in China since 1978.The result indicates that we cannot obtain the support of the credible evidence of convergence in China′s province-based economic growth.That is，there has no sign of the convergence in the province-based growth paths.Furthermore，the disparity of growth ratio among provinces widens with the economic growth.So does the disparity of output even within the region.The result also demonstrates that club convergence across China′s provinces does not exist.

College students′ performance assessment，an important aspect in student management system，is an important way to form good atmosphere on campus，and also an important way for university culture to exert ideological and political education function.But now there are some problems: the assessment indicators lack logic，the description of the indicators lacks clearness，and the design of the weight lacks scientificalness.In view of this，this paper suggests that we can use AHP method to improve students′ performance assessment system.And then，taking the ideological and moral indicator and political quality indicator for example，this paper demonstrates the process of collecting，selecting，and researching of data，and the process of determining a reasonable weight indicator.The authors attempt to provide the field of college students′ performance assessment research with the incremental knowledge，and to provide reference for university authorities to establish their assessment indicator system.

In light of the situation in which no effective method is available to sort compare the results of performance inspection between different departments and posts，the author suggests the use of Median Modulus Method in sorting the results of performance inspection in the entire organization.This paper gives detailed instructions on theoretical basis，model building and calculating method，and also a demonstration of the effectiveness of Median Modulus Method.This research finding has guiding significance for sorting the results of performance inspection of those staff who hold different posts(especially the posts in administrative sections of enterprise units and institutional units)，and it is very effective in second appraisal during performance inspection appraisal among staff in different companies.

In translation activities，misreading and mistranslation becomes inevitably due to language and cultural differences on one hand，and the subjectivity of the translator on the other.In light of deconstructionism translation theory，the present paper，by analyzing examples of Yan fu′s misreading and mistranslation，discusses the positive significance of his creative mistranslation: realization and enrichment of the original meaning，and value manifestation and constrains of the translator and the reader.
