The Experience of Chinese Communists in Learning and Using Philosophy during the Agrarian Revolutionary War and Its Inspiration

Abstract: As a proletarian political party with Marxism as its guiding ideology, learning philosophy and using philosophy is the fine tradition and watchword of the Communist Party of China (CPC), a thread running through the Party's century-long history of struggle. In the special historical period, the CPC brought into full play the great power of Marxist philosophy in guiding revolutionary practice based on the actual condition of the revolution, taking the worldview and methodology of Marxist philosophy as guidance in revolution, with emphasis on the combination of learning and thinking, learning and using, and learning and creating in the study and use of philosophy. In the new era, the CPC should continue to adhere to and carry forward the good tradition of learning philosophy and using philosophy, with emphasis on the true rational understanding, close combination with the actual practice, adherence to theoretical innovation, so as to write the new chapter of the era of Marxist philosophy.
