Abstract: The construction of Internet civilization is an important field of the strategy of building an Internet power and an inevitable requirement for improving social civilization. Platform enterprises, relying on their technological control and resource integration capabilities, have become key hubs for the aggregation of information power, deeply contributing to the construction of cyber civilization by strengthening the subject power, by improving the quality and efficiency of practice, and by extending the spatio-temporal field. However, platform enterprises also have problems such as distorted and unregulated content push, exploitation and monopoly in business operations, and alienation and abuse of technology, which have become practical shackles for the construction of Internet civilization. Therefore, content push of platform enterprises should be guided through positive publicity and public opinion supervision; the compliant operation of platform enterprises should be promoted through good governance and multi-party governance, and the application of technology by platform enterprises should be regulated through data security and algorithm for good. Such measures will lay a solid ideological foundation, gather the strength of the subjects, and ensure technological justice for the construction of Internet civilization with a clean and clear new picture of a good ecological environment.
