硅藻土改善胶乳水泥性能的室内研究

摘要:

利用国产胶乳开发胶乳水泥体系时,通常采用外加剂的复配克服胶乳外渗和消除体系气泡。由于复配中需要注意的问题很多,给实际应用带来诸多困难;化学添加剂价格昂贵也增加 了 固井成本;这些问题给胶乳水泥体系的开发形成了障碍。通过室内研究发现,按照材料科学干涉原理,在胶乳水泥体系中加入一定量硅藻土,可克服胶乳外渗、消除体系气泡,并能提高水泥石的抗压与抗折强度、降低滤失量与析水量、增强体系的防窜性能;同时硅藻土价格低廉且用量较少,现场使用较为方便,具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract: When preparing the latex-cement by the latex which made in china, usually we mix the additives to prevent the latex separating out and eliminate the system's air bubble. It is difficult to operate on-the-spot because of the problems which needed to pay much attention to when mixing the additives in the latex cement and the additives are very expensive. All the problems bring many difficulties for developing the latex-cement. By the study in the laboratory, we developed that adding some diatomite to the latex cement slurry system could prevent the latex separating out and eliminate the system's air bubble as well. Furthermore, it could improve the compressing and bending strength of the cement stone, decrease the amount of the freedom water and the leaking water, and improve the slurry system's capacity of preventing the gas flee. This way is convenient on-the-spot.
