摘要:

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,利用互穿网络(IPN)技术合成了一种新型互穿网络聚合物凝胶。采用正交设计与方差分析法优化改进了其合成条件。结果表明,主剂PVA、AM、AA的用量是影响IPN凝胶强度、溶胀性能、脱水性能的主要因素;各因子对不同指标的影响程度并不一致,对凝胶的各个性能指标往往不能兼顾;用于油田深部调驱的IPN凝胶的合成条件取决于油藏实际应用环境,可以根据凝胶的实际应用性能指标,采用正交实验设计与方差分析相结合的方法来研制具有最佳使用性能的IPN凝胶。

Abstract:

A new kind of interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels with PVA,PAM and PAA as basic materials is synthesized by means of IPN technology.The synthesis conditions are improved by using orthogonal dcsign and analysis of variance.Results indicate that mass of PVA,AM and AA is the major factors influencing the mechanical performance,swelling ability and dehydration properties,it is not accordant with the effect of each factor on each target,same attention can not be given to all the targets,the synthesis conditions of IPN gel for the deep flooding adjustment in oilfield depended on the real reservoir environment,the IPN gel with best application performance can be obtained by using orthogonal dcsign and analysis of variance.
