油品减阻剂在长输管道中的性能研究

摘要:

分析了原油减阻剂的工作环境,给出了减阻剂的减阻机理及影响因素,介绍了按照行业标准自制的室内模拟环道装置中,流经不同管径的减阻剂的性能综合测试,得出了减阻率并不是随雷诺数的增大而递增或递减,而是在某一雷诺数下减阻率有最大值,并且在相同的测试条件下,减阻剂浓度越大,单位流体中含有的高分子减阻剂数量越多,经过相同的剪切作用,未被剪切的减阻剂分子越多,经过相同的剪切次数时,减阻率相较也就越高。

Abstract:

The working conditions of crude oil DRA is analyzed in this paper, the dragreducing mechanics and the impacting factors of DAR are given out, and the comprehensive property testing of DRA flowing through different size of pipes is introduced in simulated facility selfmade based on industrial standard, the conclusion is obtained that the drag reducing rate does not decline or increase as Reynolds number gets greater, the rate reaches maximum while Reynolds number is in a certain value, and under same condition of testing, the greater the agency concentration is, the more the number of high molecular dragreducing agency in unit fluid, the more the nonsheared dragreducing molecular after same shearing, and the dragreducing rate will increase after same times of shearing.
