RESEARCH OF SEISIMIC PREDICTION OF SAND-STONE RESERVOIR OF T3X IN LIANGDONGMIAO

Abstract: The T3 X of Liangdongmiao is a set of land face clastic sedi-ment in which shale interlace with sandstone. By the analyzing of logging, we known the difference between the velocity of the sandstone reservoir which contain gas and the velocity of shale is not clearly. It is hard to solve the problem that about reservoir prediction and identify hydrocarbon by means of velocity inver-
sion. By the analyzing of logs, we known that sandstone reser-voir has the character of low GR and relatively higher porosity.We can use GR to interpret the lithology, and porosity data to tdentify possible reservoir which have relatively higher porosity.In the end,the abnormity of low velocity is used to predict the gas in sandstone. Through the research of reservoir prediction for
T,X of Liangdongmiao, a good geological result is received, and this has a guidable meaning on the exploration in the area.
