Abstract: Tlte main cause which get in the way of pipeline's safety traffic is continually leakage accidents, with the development of automation level, plenty of pipelines realized automatic detection for leakage of pi州ine, however, the rate of the false alarm was very high for several reasons. Aimed at some crude oil pipeline of Xinjiang oilfield，a variety of operating conditions was analyzed in the paper, a lot of ways to rule out the false alarm was presented, it had a good effect in practice.
