As an important development philosophy, "investment in people" thoroughly breaks through the constraints of the traditional growth logic of "investment in things". Oriented toward the improvement of human capabilities, cultivation of personal qualities, shaping of values and all-round development of individuals, it serves as the core driving force and fundamental support for achieving common prosperity in people's spiritual life. Transcending the traditional logic of "investment in things" and the external supply paradigm, "investment in people" establishes its theoretical foundation on 5 internal logics: the overarching guidance from "putting people first" to "spiritual fulfillment,"the core foundation from passive reception to active creation, the operational hub from supply-demand mismatch to precise matching, the baseline safeguard from unequal opportunities to universal sharing, and the long-term destination value from external empowerment to endogenous consciousness. It achieves an organic integration ranging from value guidance and subject activation to supply-demand matching, fairness guarantee, as well as external empowerment and endogenous consciousness, thereby consolidating the theoretical foundation for common prosperity in spiritual life. At the practical level, it relies on the coordinated operation of 5 major mechanisms --- capability generation, resource supply, value guidance, inclusive sharing and circular enhancement --- to consolidate the endogenous foundations, optimize resource allocation, build ideological consensus, uphold the baseline of fairness, and establish long-term momentum. It promotes the transformation of spiritual-ethical advancement from a "blood-transfusion" supply model to a "blood-generation" empowerment model, from cultural distribution to mass creation, from hardware input to competency cultivation, and from partial coverage to universal sharing. In the context of the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, embedding the philosophy of "investment in people" throughout the whole process of advancing common prosperity in spiritual life will help promote the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization and foster people's all-round development. It also provides theoretical support and practical paths for solidly advancing common prosperity and Chinese modernization.

Against the backdrop of digital and intelligent transformation reshaping social structures, promoting the direct delivery of high-quality cultural resources to rural areas is a key initiative for improving the public cultural service system in the new era. Digital technology can reshape the supply mode, spatial form, and governance mechanisms of high-quality cultural resources by restructuring the synergistic relationships among the supply side, the spatial side, and the governance side. It enables 3 fundamental shifts: the supply of high-quality cultural resources from one-way downward allocation to precise adaptation, the dissemination of such resources from dependence on physical venues to sharing in digital spaces, and their governance from project-driven approaches to collaborative co-governance, thereby providing effective support for bringing high-quality cultural resources directly to rural areas. However, the actual effectiveness of this endeavor is severely constrained by obstacles: impediments caused by urban-rural digital infrastructure gaps, the disembedding of high-quality cultural resources from rural daily life practices, and the risk of publicness deviation during platform-based operations. To promote the sustainable integration of high-quality cultural resources into rural communities, proactive measures should be taken, including addressing gaps in digital infrastructure, restructuring the mode of technological embedding, and improving platform operating mechanisms, so that these resources can truly reach rural areas with precision and foster mutual growth and prosperity.

Driven by the collaborative system of data, algorithms, computing power and airspace, the low-altitude economy is reshaping traditional economic patterns, yet the value transformation of low-altitude data factors remains a critical bottleneck for industrial implementation. From the perspective of data factor economics, low-altitude data feature non-rivalry, high penetrativeness, and increasing marginal returns. They must undergo resource aggregation, governance, circulation and application to complete the transition into assetization. In terms of enabling logic, at the micro level, it builds closed-loop intelligent operations for enterprises, driving a shift from experience-driven management to data-driven decision-making. At the meso level, it breaks down industrial boundaries, reshapes collaborative systems and fosters new business forms. At the macro level, it optimizes airspace resource allocation, enhances total factor productivity, and strengthens economic resilience. Four prominent challenges hinder current development: insufficient supply of high-quality data coupled with weak processing capacity; unclear property rights alongside inadequate security and trust mechanisms; difficulties in quantifying value contributions leading to imbalanced benefit distribution; conflicts between airspace safety supervision and industrial development. Accordingly, this paper proposes a four-pronged integrated approach: improving the data property rights and benefit distribution systems to stimulate momentum, deploying infrastructure for computing power and privacy-preserving computing infrastructure to solidify the foundation, fostering an open and integrated ecosystem led by application scenarios to unleash multiplier effects, and establishing a flexible collaborative regulatory system to balance security and development. The framework facilitates the transformation of low-altitude data from raw resources to valuable assets, and from basic factors to core vehicles.

The low-altitude economy serves as a new engine of economic growth, with low-altitude data factors being the core of activating its market. The morphological shift of low-altitude data from "resources" to "factors" enables them to become eligible commodities and assets, entering the stages of market circulation, trading, and pricing mechanisms, thereby laying a solid object-based foundation for the marketization of low-altitude data factors. Nevertheless, in the current process of marketization, low-altitude data factors face practical obstacles, including unclear property rights systems, impeded trading mechanisms, imperfect benefit-distribution systems, and inadequate security frameworks, which hinder their enabling effects from being fully unleashed. In view of this, it is imperative to be guided by the theory of coherent governance. This entails reforming traditional governance concepts, establishing principles that equally emphasize development and security as well as rights and responsibilities, refining rules for data circulation and utilization, strengthening institutional support for the low-altitude data factor market, improving classified and graded management of low-altitude data, innovating agile and multi-dimensional data regulatory models, advancing the integration of blockchain and privacy-preserving computing technologies, and deploying dynamic monitoring and early-warning systems for low-altitude data risks. By implementing these measures, a coherent legal pathway integrating concepts, institutions, regulation, and technologies can be constructed, thereby facilitating the full release of the value of low-altitude data factors and empowering high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.

Against the backdrop of an accelerating readjustment of the global energy landscape, where geopolitical risks and industrial chain restructuring are intertwined, the risk boundaries of national energy security have expanded from the conventional energy supply links to the support of new energy industrial chains and the operation of energy systems. Constraints on the supply of critical minerals, such as lithium and rare earths, may impair the manufacturing of energy equipment, while disruptions in the supply of core components, including inverters and power semiconductors, may weaken system operation support. By integrating strategic hinterlands, energy industry backup, and energy security into a unified analytical framework, this study focuses on the critical nodes of the new energy industrial chain, examines the mechanisms for enhancing the resilience of national energy security, and identifies the major constraints currently hindering progress. Owing to their resource endowments, industrial foundations, and spatial depth, strategic hinterlands can serve as practical carriers for ensuring the sustained supply of critical minerals, substituting equipment manufacturing, reserving technologies, and regulating energy systems. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including unclear identification of target sectors, underdeveloped incentive mechanisms, inadequate coordination in spatial layout, and an incomplete peacetime-emergency activation mechanism. Therefore, priority areas should be identified, incentive mechanisms improved, hinterland layouts optimized, and mobilization mechanisms strengthened. These efforts will facilitate the transformation of strategic hinterlands from mere source-bearing spaces into functional spaces for national energy security, thereby providing support for the construction of a new energy system and the secure operation of the modernized industrial system.

The photovoltaic industry is a key component of strategic emerging industries and an important pillar for advancing the green and low-carbon transition. The involution in China's photovoltaic industry results from a confluence of factors, including insufficient technological differentiation, local development impulses, incomplete market rules, impeded exit mechanisms, weak coordination within the industrial organization, and mismatches between demand and expectations. These factors drive the industry along a cyclic trajectory of "excessive competition --- overcapacity --- homogeneous competition --- price wars --- low-quality innovation --- innovation bubbles", culminating in a low-efficiency competitive equilibrium in which input continues to rise while effective output growth remains inadequate. The associated risks first manifest as declining corporate profits, tightening cash flows, and squeezed research and development investment, which then propagate to the industrial level, reducing resource allocation efficiency and weakening industrial chain resilience, while also eroding brand premiums, international bargaining power, and the capacity to move up the value chain. To address this involution, governance should be guided by the construction of a unified national market, adhere to innovation-driven development, strengthen rule-based governance, optimize industrial organization, regulate local governments' economic promotion behaviors, and refine market-based exit mechanisms as well as multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms. These measures will facilitate the exit of inefficient capacity, enhance industrial chain coordination, reshape the order of market competition, and redirect industrial competition from scale expansion and low-price rivalry toward technological progress, quality improvement, and value creation.

The deep-space economy represents a revolutionary form of human productive forces extending into extraterrestrial space, encompassing emerging fields such as resource exploitation, technological research and development, infrastructure construction, and operational services. The 15th Five-Year Plan period marks a strategic window for China to advance toward a deep-space powerhouse. Proactively laying out the deep-space economy is not only a key direction for driving the kinetic energy transformation of the real economy, but also a vital support for developing a modernized industrial system. The internal mechanism of the high-quality development of the deep-space economy lies in the coordinated evolution of the innovation chains, the value chains and supporting infrastructure. First, innovation-driven growth and industrial chain spillover generate endogenous industrial momentum, with breakthroughs in core technologies to amplify value across the entire industrial chain. Second, scenario-driven development and demand creation pave the way for value realization, with application scenarios to define the direction of technological iteration and market outlets. Third, networked coordination of infrastructure underpins the systematic operation, integrating factor flows and commercial capacities through integrated space-ground platforms. At present, the development of China's deep-space economy is hampered by practical obstacles: reliance on foreign core technologies and lack of unified industrial standards, lagging institutional supply, structural shortages of high-end professionals, and the dual dilemma of long-cycle investment and insufficient market traction. To provide a more solid practical foundation for the high-quality development of the deep space economy, systematic approaches must be adopted, including strengthening self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, deepening institutional and mechanism innovation, improving talent cultivation systems, and advancing capital market synergy. These measures will resolve pressing bottlenecks constraining high-quality deep-space economy development, thereby contributing to the modernization drive and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Comprehensive rural revitalization is an important foundation for advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and achieving common prosperity. Based on the framework of "five revitalization" --- industry, talent, culture, ecology and organization --- this paper examines the operational mechanisms through which the humanistic economy empowers comprehensive rural revitalization. The study suggests that the humanistic economy reshapes rural industrial value through cultural embeddedness, stimulates rural talent vitality through humanistic cultivation, consolidates shared rural values through meaning construction, promotes green transformation through the integration of ecological ethics and rural aesthetics, and optimizes grassroots collaborative order through cultural governance, thereby providing endogenous momentum and deep support for comprehensive rural revitalization. At present, issues such as fragmented development of cultural resources, insufficient supply of interdisciplinary talents, weakened rural identity, inadequate transformation of ecological value, and imperfect governance coordination mechanisms still constrain the full release of the empowering effects of the humanistic economy. In the new stage, efforts should be made to deeply embed cultural resources into rural industrial systems, improve localized interdisciplinary talent cultivation mechanisms, rebuild rural spiritual communities based on value identity, promote the integration of ecological value, rural aesthetics, and green development, and refine culturally oriented collaborative governance mechanisms, so as to provide theoretical support and practical insights for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity.

The Third Front Construction is a major strategic initiative centered on war preparedness, undertaken by the CPC Central Committee to ensure national security. It exerted a significant and far-reaching influence on China's national economic development and industrial layout. The large-scale implementation of this project was predicated upon the populace's deep-seated emotional endorsement and active support. The Third Front Construction contains a large number of emotional factors, including the vigilance and awe toward the threat of war, respect and veneration for the people, the admiration and devotion to the Party and the nation, gratitude and nostalgia for family and friends, as well as the bitterness and disorientation toward the lived realities of the time. Analyzing the emotional implication of the Third Front Construction from the emotional perspective and attending to the subjective experiences of micro-level individuals within the overarching macrohistorical narrative, the otherwise austere and rational preparedness campaign can be imbued with warmth and human sentiment. Therefore, research on the Third Front Construction from the emotional perspective constitutes an underexplored yet intellectually promising domain, carrying considerable scholarly significance and value.

Drawing on Giddens's structuration theory, this study employs participant observation and in-depth interviews to examine the bidirectional transformation of social capital between virtual and real-world domains within China's virtual gaming fields. The findings are threefold. First, within the interplay between structure and agency, players are constrained by technological architectures and rule systems while utilizing the fluidity of virtual identities to break through the limitations of ascribed real-world identities, thereby achieving the redesign and reconstruction of social capital in the digital field. Second, China's gaming field exhibits distinctive localized landscape. The embedding of strong-tie platforms based on WeChat and QQ enables the direct transfer of real-world capital, while the master-apprentice system and face competition rooted in Confucian ethics facilitate the reconstruction of quasi-kinship social capital in virtual settings. Third, from a critical perspective, the transformation of social capital is not a neutral process; rather, it intensifies power inequalities within gaming communities. Such inequalities are manifested in the exploitation of female players' objectified emotional labor under gender norms, and the structural exclusion faced by digitally marginalized players constrained by material thresholds in their social capital transformation. By transcending the prevailing analytical framework that treats social capital transformation as a unidirectional process, this study situates the virtual and the real within a continuously inter-embedded relational process to reveal the mechanisms of cross-field flow, reorganization, and reproduction of social capital, and consequently extends the explanatory boundaries of social capital theory in the context of China's digital society.

Common prosperity in people's spiritual life is a defining feature and practical proposition of Chinese modernization. As a paradigm of digital cultural production in the new era, the rise of new mass literature and art has provided a significant vehicle and expansive arena for advancing the common prosperity in people's spiritual lives. It breaks down the monopoly of literary and artistic production through technological empowerment, thereby consolidating the material foundation for spiritual common prosperity. It revitalizes nationwide creative vitality through subject reconstruction, broadening endogenous pathways to spiritual common prosperity. It builds inclusive communication networks through transformative dissemination, enhancing the allocation efficiency of spiritual common prosperity. However, in the process of practical implementation, challenges persist, including the erosion of spiritual nourishment by the logic of capital, the obstruction of shared spiritual consensus by algorithmic enclosure, and the exacerbation of spiritual life stratification due to disparities in digital literacy. These issues constrain the formation of the "common" foundation for spiritual common prosperity. Therefore, efforts should be directed at reshaping the supply ecology of spiritual production through value guidance, constructing a public space for spiritual interaction via algorithmic governance, and consolidating the subjective foundation for spiritual common prosperity through digital inclusion, so as to maximize the spiritual impact of the new mass literature and art and ultimately realize the grand vision of common prosperity in people's spiritual life.
