Abstract: Comprehensive rural revitalization is an important foundation for advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and achieving common prosperity. Based on the framework of "five revitalization" --- industry, talent, culture, ecology and organization --- this paper examines the operational mechanisms through which the humanistic economy empowers comprehensive rural revitalization. The study suggests that the humanistic economy reshapes rural industrial value through cultural embeddedness, stimulates rural talent vitality through humanistic cultivation, consolidates shared rural values through meaning construction, promotes green transformation through the integration of ecological ethics and rural aesthetics, and optimizes grassroots collaborative order through cultural governance, thereby providing endogenous momentum and deep support for comprehensive rural revitalization. At present, issues such as fragmented development of cultural resources, insufficient supply of interdisciplinary talents, weakened rural identity, inadequate transformation of ecological value, and imperfect governance coordination mechanisms still constrain the full release of the empowering effects of the humanistic economy. In the new stage, efforts should be made to deeply embed cultural resources into rural industrial systems, improve localized interdisciplinary talent cultivation mechanisms, rebuild rural spiritual communities based on value identity, promote the integration of ecological value, rural aesthetics, and green development, and refine culturally oriented collaborative governance mechanisms, so as to provide theoretical support and practical insights for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity.
