摘要： 高校“学长制”以朋辈教育为理念，发挥学长的榜样示范带动作用，体现了管理主体的平等性和管理方式的立体化。通 过分析“学长制”的概念和发展，总结意义和作用，探索“学长制”的管理模式和特点，并提出制度的思考和建议。

Abstract: Taking the peer education as principle,"Student Mentoring Scheme" plays an exemplary leading role, which embodies the equality of management subject and multi - dimensions of management methods. By analyzing the concept and development, summarizing the meaning and function, this article explores the management mode and characteristics of "Student Mentoring Scheme", and then put forward some thinking and suggestions for the project at the same time.
