Abstract: The Joint Construction and Co-construction for Party construction is an important way for socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter the new era and state-owned enterprises to strengthen the Party building. The implementation of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction work can consolidate the important position of state-owned enterprises of the same type in the same river basin in the national economic and social development, break the interest barriers to promote their healthy development, practice the people-centered idea to serve local development, and integrate resource advantages for better serving rural revitalization. At present, there are five main modes of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction in the stateowned enterprises of the same type and in the same areas, i.e., Party building with the masses, regional co-construction, project-based co-construction, group companies co-construction mode and point-to-point co-construction. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of summarizing the experience of party building of these state-owned enterprises, Yunnan Company and Jinshang Company established the "12345" model and path exploration. Its ideas, goals, modes and paths are of great innovative value, which provides beneficial reference for other state-owned enterprises.
