益气养阴活血汤对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨益气养阴活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法：选择贵州中医药大学第一附属医院2023年4月
至2024年4月收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（常规西药治疗）和试验组（常
规西药联合益气养阴活血汤治疗），每组50例，连续治疗4周，比较2组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、心绞痛发作情况、心
功能及血管内皮功能、血清炎症因子水平及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果：试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组，试验组在改
善心绞痛发作、心功能及血管内皮功能方面显著优于对照组，试验组患者的血清炎症因子含量显著低于对照组，血液流变学指
标改善情况显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：益气养阴活血汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显
著，可减轻炎症，改善心功能、血管内皮功能及血液流变学指标。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in treating patients with angina pectoris of
coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to the First Affiliated
Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.
The patients were randomly divided into a control group （treated with conventional Western medicine） and an experimental group
（treated with a combination of conventional Western medicine and Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction） using a random number table
method. Each group had 50 patients and was treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, occurence of adverse reactions,
attack of angina pectoris, cardiac function and vascular endothelial function, serum inflammatory factor levels, and changes in
hemorheological indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was
significantly higher than that of the control group, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in
improving attack of angina pectoris, cardiac function, and endothelial function. The serum inflammatory factor contents of patients in
the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the improvement of hemorheological indicators was
significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion: The combination of
Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction and conventional Western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on angina pectoris of coronary
heart disease, it can reduce inflammation, improve heart function, endothelial function, and hemorheological indicators.
