摘要：

目的：观察清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将105例急性胰腺炎患者按治疗方法分为
观察组和对照组，两组均采用常规综合治疗，观察组在此基础上加用清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗。结果：观察组有效率明
显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎，发挥中西医结合优势，在实际临床应用中具有较
好疗效。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran on acute pancreatitis. Methods:
105 patients were divided into the observe group（55 cases）and the control group（50 cases）with routine treatment, while the observe
group was given the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran. Results: Effective rate in the observe group were significantly
superior to the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran treatment of acute pancreatitis show
the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, which has a good curative effective in the actual clinical
application.
