摘要：

目的：探讨细胞DNA定量分析技术和TCT在宫颈癌筛查中的效率及其两者之间的关系。方法：回顾分析2014年5月至
2015年6月间用上述两种技术进行宫颈癌筛查的病理资料989例。结果：细胞DNA定量分析技术检测阳性40例（4.0%），疑似
病例66例（6.7%）；TCT检查阳性10例（1.0%），疑似病例42例（4.2%）；两种方法的结果互有交叉。结论：细胞DNA定量分析技
术的检出率高于液基细胞学技术的检出率（P＜0.05），两者联合应用能够提高宫颈癌的检出率。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the efficiency of DNA quantitative cytology and Thinprep Cytologic Test in screening cervical
carcinoma and analyze the relationship between these two methods. Methods: 989 cases using above two screening cervical carcinoma
techniques from May 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 40 positive cases（4.0%）and 66 borderline cases
（6.7%）were detected through DNA quantitative cytology ; 10 positive cases（1.0%）and 42 borderline cases（4.2%）were diagnosed
through Thinprep Cytologic Test. There were some overlapping cases between these two methods. Conclusion: The positive rate of
DNA quantitative cytology was higher than that of Thinprep Cytologic Test（P＜0.05）. The combination of DNA quantitative cytology
and Thinprep Cytologic Test could provide high positive rate.
